Refresh your medicines knowledge with structure

The Royal College of Podiatry requires a refresher every three years to comply with insurance criteria. This update gives podiatrists a clear route to refresh their POM-S knowledge online.

Those who sign up can access the live sessions via Zoom webinar. Recordings, resources and course chat are available in a dedicated Facebook group, so you can still take part if you cannot attend every session live.

  • Review HCPC medicines annotation and supply of exempted medicines.
  • Revisit POM-A, POM-S, independent prescribing and supplementary prescribing terminology.
  • Refresh key medicines groups including antibiotics, antifungals, pain control and anti-inflammatory agents.
